Description
Me on my T-800 costume, at TNT15 expo con. The lightning reminds me that scene in the T2 movie, when the Terminator aims to the frozen T-1000.
This pic is not edited! The makeup is real, eventhe red light on the shades (I used a LED in the inner part of the glass). Metallic pieces in face are made with chrome nail paint (It was an OUCH to remove).

I plan on cosplaying him soon too!!
I used to be a Doctor Who cosplayer, i dressed as the 11th doctor for a few cons, then kinda stopped as the doctor i was portraying was no longer that actor, and because it was getting boring portraying him when only a few people knew who he was because this is america and not england lol.
Plus too, The Terminator from T2 was always a childhood hero of mine and i've always wanted to portry him, but never had the time or money until now.
The hardest part for me was finding his sunglasses, Namely the exact brand and style glasses he wore in the film as people would over price them on the internet stating "WEAR THE SAME GLASSES AS THE TERMINATOR" And charging an arm and 17 legs for it lol
My mom actually helped me find a knockoff pair of the same glasses (Unlicensed copy of the brand glasses that he wore in the film..they look the exact same, just doesnt have the fancy logo on it lol) for like. 10 bucks, though still with the caption "TERMINATOR SUNGASSES, WEAR THE SAME ONES ARNOLD WORE" yada yada yada.
The next part now is trying to find the jacket, and the lether pants on a middle class budget lol
And maybe seeing what i can use to make a Plasma rifle for my outfit
